God I love Cardio!
I am on a cardio high at the moment! I feel like I could do a million things! I pumped up the resistance and did the eliptical for a while, now I am all sweaty! I can only think of one other activity that is better… ;) But that just isn’t in the cards at the moment, so I guess the gym will do… for now :D

Was sitting on break at work with some coworkers and eating my trail mix in my little happy world; I go to open the package a little bigger and what happens? Nuts all over the place!!!!!!!!
